Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

Non-Returnable Items
Goods cannot be returned for the following reasons:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Goods returned due to ordering the wrong size.
As we are a print-on-demand website, all items are printed once an order is placed. Therefore, we cannot accept exchanges or returns if the wrong size was ordered. -
Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Stock clearing sale items.

Change of mind.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, stock clearing sale items cannot be refunded.
Returning Goods
A return must be initiated only after receiving our approval.

We are not responsible for Goods sent to our warehouse without prior approval.

We are not responsible for shipping fees related to unauthorized returns or exchanges.

Returns for damaged items will only be approved if the customer provides sufficient proof that the item was damaged.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
